I can use kana (I didn't in that reply because I was on my cell phone, and my phone doesn't have kana support), but only on my iPod and my computer. Why, can you read things written in hiragana/katakana/kanji?

You can say it a number of ways.

Aishiteru

Aishiteimasu

Daisuki

Daisuki desu

Daisuki desu yo

Guys usually say "Suki da", or "Suki dayo". Girls say "Suki yo". Japanese people don't usually verbalize affections like love; they express by their actions. But if you were to say "I love you", the ones I mentioned would be the way to go.

As for your signature, Digiboy, you don't really need the extra katakana 'A' in Gaara's name. Instead, you use ガーラ. The dash after a vowel means you stress the sound another syllable than normal. You usually repeat the vowel's character only in hiragana. Also, it's pretty uncommon for guys to use "Watashi". The standard "I" for males is "Boku", or ぼく. While "Watashi" is the standard for girls, it's actually the polite form for guys, as Japanese spoken by males is a lot more coarse than if a girl were to speak.
