Jan. 11 forum/chat rules update, new forum signature rules

Don't worry; nothing drastic has changed from [url="http://hyrule.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=8426"]the September 20 update[/url] except for changes in spelling/grammar, legibility and clarity. But [url="http://hyrule.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1486"]please check them out[/url] anyway, and read on after the jump for more on the new signature rules.

The only major change to the forum rules is on our signature policy. Please change your signatures to comply with the new changes by [b] midnight CST on Tuesday January 20, 2009[/b]. Anyone caught after 01.20 violating the rules will get their warning level raised 10% and changed by a moderator. No excuses or exceptions. This applies to mods as well.

Mods will still be asking you all to change your signatures before the 01.20 cut-off date as usual, but the 10% warning will not apply unless you refuse to do so.

The main reason for this is to make the forums as usable to everyone as possible. Signatures with large images and/or numerous lines of text or excessive empty spaces creates longer loading times for some users, creating an unneeded inconvenience. As courtesy to your fellow Hyrule.net members and guests, please alter your signature in accordance to the rules if need be or if asked as soon as possible.

I just thought I ought to point this out; there are some numbers missing from the rules. (9 jumps straight to 12, for example) It's certainly not a glaring error but as long as you're fixing the grammar, you may want to take a look at that.

Generally, there isn't much of a difference as far as the rules themselves go. I just rewrote most of the descriptions so that they're explained more clearly.

But still in your style (caps) and I didn't remove anything, only added. (as you can see)

(I did so much work to fix them so please don't delete things if it gives UBB error... just fix them 0_o...)
